A Tech Global delegation led by George Mikaberidze, its General Director, paid a business visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to strengthen interaction in the ICT sphere and promote Russian technological solutions on the markets of the CIS countries.
During the visit, representatives of the Russian Development Institute held meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Inha University, the Technological Park of Software and Information Technologies, State Unitary Enterpreise Unicon.uz , Safe City Centre, Uzbektelecom JSC and other state and commercial structures responsible for the development of information and communication solutions in the Republic.
The Tech Global delegation negotiated the supply of Russian ICT solutions for e-education, smart cities, video surveillance systems, telecommunications and ICT infrastructure.
George Mikaberidze believes that "A shared historical past, close proximity, similarities in peoples' mentality, common approaches in the scientific and educational spheres contribute to the strengthening of cooperation between our countries in the field of technological development. In this regard, it is certainly easier for us to understand each other and the needs of the Uzbek market, hence I am confident that in the near future a large number of technological solutions and projects from Russia will find their application in Uzbekistan."
