Today, the IT sphere is full of talented people, technology has progressed, but it is still important to train people on cybersecurity, as information security threats do not stop at national borders.
Maksut Shadaev, Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, in his address to the participants noted that Russia and Malaysia have many points of contact in the field of IT. In both countries IT development programs have been adopted at the state level. The Minister expressed hope that despite the pandemic, the relations between the countries in the field of IT would develop rapidly.

Nikita Dozhdev, Director of the Digital Technologies Department of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, shared that the pandemic, on the one hand, created obstacles for international cooperation, while on the other became its catalyst. Since 2018, Malaysia has adopted the industry 4.0 program in order to develop its IT industry, while Russia has adopted the Digital Economy program. In its tech development, Russia focuses not only on the implementation of projects within the country, but also on the creation of international projects. To encourage cooperation, it has a number of tools within the framework of its National Program called "Digital economy", as well as part of the "International Cooperation and Export" national project.
